Rowanmoor Pensions, an independent SSAS provider and a bespoke SIPP and Family Pension Trust operator, has been reappointed by Standard Life to carry out the administration for its SSAS portfolio.

Rowanmoor Group, which is responsible for Rowanmoor Pensions, will continue to use its expertise in the SSAS market to provide administration, advisory and actuarial work for all Standard Life SSAS schemes for a further five year term.

Ian Hammond, managing director at Rowanmoor Group said: "The last five years have seen significant change across the pensions industry. However, we recognise that there is a need for a quality self-administered pension offering for many company directors and owners. Our reappointment means Standard Life's SSAS clients and advisers will receive continuity of service, a service to which we are committed to remaining as the best in the industry."
