All records on the site, both fund and adviser, are comprehensively updated on an annual basis as well as additional research being undertaken all year round. The annual update is carried out in various forms. Every company is sent either a paper questionnaire or an email and is asked to supply updated information. Those that fail to respond to this initial prompting are contacted again and if a reply is still not forthcoming then that company is telephoned and the information checked that way. Updates are carried out continuously through magazine research, website research and financial information gleaned from various other data sources.
