The Norcros Security Plan has appointed Buck Consultants as an actuary for its £400m defined benefit (DB) scheme.
Buck Consultants will carry out both statutory scheme actuary responsibilities as well as provide strategic advice and regular monitoring.
The scheme is sponsored by Norcros plc, which supplies showers, taps, bathroom accessories, tiles and adhesives.
Norcros plc group pensions manager Gordon Baker said: "Throughout our review exercise Buck demonstrated professionalism, a thorough understanding of our plan's requirements and most importantly a proactive and engaging approach with which all our trustee directors were impressed."
